Core team as of 7 January 2008:
The loyal five-strong team of carers at P-Syketalo look after the residents, and our two-strong administrative team takes care of the incidental aspects of the business, likehousehold and kitchen maintenance. The staff forms a tightly knit group which shares all jobs equally and pools its total knowledge for the benefit of the residents. This ensures continuity: Despite the shift pattern that the employees work and their days off and holidays, the residents continue to be cared for without interruption. The aim is to restore in residents’ mind a sense of contentment and a feel of the “good old days” when things were better in their lives.
Experience v. knowledge v. youth
